InterWinterCup competition in Slovenia

On 9 – 13 of March a second alpine skiing competition in the frame of InterWinterCup project took place. This time, students had a chance to participate in an event in Stari Vrh, Slovenia.

It has been organized on the skiiling slope Grebljica used for the trainings of members of the Slovenian ski national team. Giant slalom competition took place and gathered over 40 project participants from three countries – Italy, Poland and Slovenia. Competition were composed out of two runs.

An event was a chance not only to partcipate in a competition, but also to train and integrate a community of university alpine skiing from various countries. It has also been a chance for the project’s partners to exchange good practices and dicuss the formal matters connected to the project and its implementation.
